Arriving
Your Shepherds Hut, Bell tent or Camping pitch is ready for you at 15:00 on your arrival date and we ask you to leave by 11:00 am on the day of your departure. Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy.
We reserve the right to charge for excess cleaning and for any damage done to the property during your letting period.
We supply freshly-ironed bedlinen if booked however please bring your own towels unless they are requested @ £5 extra.
Payments and Bookings
We need written confirmation of any booking. We will then hold the booking provisionally for five days pending receipt of a deposit of the first nights stay, usually a bank transfer. The deposit is non refundable.
Booking changes: if you request to change a booking date within a week of arrival date, it is at the discretion of the owner and you may lose funds paid for the original booking.
Pets
We welcome well-behaved pets, by prior arrangement. We charge per pet per night and are flexible on number and type of pet – talk to us about your requirements.
Dogs must be well-behaved and they must be kept under control as there are sheep, free-range ducks and chickens on site and other livestock nearby. Dogs that are liable to chase livestock must be kept on a lead.
Please bring your own dog towels.
Visitors Leaving
For the comfort and security of all residents, please ask in advance if you want to have friends and relatives to visit during your stay.
We reserve the right to ask non-residents to leave at any time.
Leaving Checkout Time is 11:00 on the day of departure. Late checkout is sometimes available by prior arrangement at our discretion.
